Our expertise in military vehicle redesign, compliance, obsolescence and safety case management, coupled with agile and adaptive response to customer requirements ensures effective post-design modifications, increased vehicle capability and through life services.
Our military vehicle engineering knowledge and supply chain excellence allows us to source spares to meet urgent customer requirements. We have an onsite scalable, secure warehouse facility and can efficiently respond to urgent customer demands, providing fast turnaround and delivery. Having supported NATO Governments in numerous conflicts such as Iraq and Afghanistan, we are highly experienced in delivering platform upgrades for Urgent Operational Requirements.

PMETS
We are proud to be the UK Engineering Technical Support Provider for the entire UK MoD Protected Mobility Vehicle Fleet. The contract, known as PMETS (Protected Mobility Engineering & Technical Support) is valued at over £60m and covers the MoD’s fleet of 2,200 Protected Mobility Vehicles. The vehicles covered under the contract include the Mastiff, Wolfhound, Ridgback, Buffalo, Choker, RODET, Foxhound, Jackal, Coyote and Husky.
The contract gives NP Aerospace the Engineering Authority role for the MoD platforms via the Vehicle Systems and Services part of the business, based in Coventry, UK.
LEP-ETSS
NP Aerospace is the prime contractor for the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) Land Equipment Program – Engineering Technical Support Services (LEP-ETSS). We were selected due to our expertise in supporting large military fleets.
The LEP-ETSS contract covers research, testing and evaluation, engineering and prototyping, fabrication, technical investigations, the provision of Field Support Representatives and equipment management and documentation services for military equipment. The contract is led out of NP Aerospace Canada’s London Ontario facilities and supports the growth of Canada’s Key Industrial Capabilities (KICs) and military exports, building links with Academia and Indigenous capabilities and communities.
CVSSP
NP Aerospace has been awarded a £71 million wheeled vehicle support contract known as the Conventional Vehicle Systems Spares and Post Design Services (CVSSP) contract. The contract is led by the UK MoD Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S).
The UK MoD CVSSP contract will see NP Aerospace deliver Post Design Services (PDS), Design Authority (DA) and Spares Procurement Services to a fleet of over 15,000 UK MoD core vehicles including: the entire Land Rover fleet, Pinzgauer fleet, protected Land Rover, RWMIK and the Lightweight Trailer fleet.
Spares Capability
NP Aerospace offers an extensive spares service to meet the needs of customers, using a robust and proven supply chain. We are a key partner on the UK MoD VSCAPS (Vehicle Support Capital Spares) Framework Agreement and have recently been selected on the MaST Marine Systems Transformation framework.
Via our secure warehouse facility, we stock and deliver spares directly to our customers’ supply operations, providing a fast response to user demand. Our inventory planning is based on sophisticated usage data analysis. We combine logistics planning skills and supply chain management with advanced technical support to deliver a lean and highly efficient service.
NP Aerospace has a long history of supplying military vehicle spares and provided the complete end to end supply of all Mastiff, Ridgback and Wolfhound vehicle spares during the Iraq and Afghanistan campaigns. In a five-year period, we delivered in excess of 90,000 military orders for over half a million spares items.
