NP Aerospace first started armouring vehicles in the mid-1990s and has built a reputation for designing and manufacturing armour solutions used by world leading military organisations. We have now extended our vehicle systems and support service to Civilian Armoured Vehicles, to extend the life of vehicles and meet the needs of Government agencies. Not only do we design, test and build on site at NP Aerospace, we also provide dependable in-field support – whenever and wherever it’s needed.

Global Support Services

Through our comprehensive Civilian Armoured Vehicles support package and in house team of automotive experts, we deliver complete lifecycle management for military, government and security users. From first deployment to end-of-life, we keep your fleet operational – anytime, anywhere. Vehicle inspection, certification and servicing are core to our vehicle support package; our Field Support team can troubleshoot and fix issues remotely or on site.

Our expertise in military vehicle redesign, compliance and ILS / safety case management, combined with an agile response ensures effective post-design upgrades and modifications and increased vehicle capability. Our Field Support Team manage full Civilian Armoured Vehicle refurbishment programmes for a range of diplomatic and humanitarian users, ensuring vehicles remain safe, effective, and combat-ready. We understand that a high spec finish is critical for vehicles used by embassies and specialist user groups on covert operations; we carry out all the relevant mechanical and electrical safety and quality checks to ensure vehicles deliver optimum performance.

NP Aerospace offers an extensive spares supply and delivery service using our proven supply chain and precision inventory planning. We understand export legislation and have a large secure warehouse facility to stock and deliver spares directly to customers’ supply operations – providing a fast response when it is needed most. Our vehicle technicians and Field Service Representatives are highly experienced in complex vehicle platforms and well versed in operator / maintainer familiarisation training. We can quickly interpret requirements and deliver programmes to meet your unique requirements.

Upgraded Armoured Toyota Vehicle

In October 2025, NP Aerospace launched the upgraded armoured Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 vehicle. Delivering high levels of protection and performance based on years of user feedback, the NP Aerospace LC300 is being sought after and contracted by global defence ministries and NGOs.

Having qualified the LC300 to the latest Edition 3 of the international VPAM BRV and ERV (VR7) standards as well as PAS 300 ballistic and blast and PAS 301 vehicle performance criteria, NP Aerospace has ensured the platform provides optimum protection for NATO customers, maximising export potential.

The team have refined vehicle design and production practices to optimise the vehicle and bring it up to the very best standards in terms of capability, production efficiency, quality and through life supportability.
