NP Aerospace is a well established integration Design Authority that partners with world leading defence organisations. Our Vehicle Systems Services & Spares (VSSS) Business Unit specialises in complete vehicle integration and support solutions. The Team has over 30 years of experience in leading complex military vehicle integrations and is responsible for a combined fleet of over 18,000 military and specialist vehicles.
Our team is led by highly skilled programme managers and engineers with decades of experience in complex military vehicle projects, as well as the automotive and motorsports sectors such as F1. Our engineers have experience of a wide range of global vehicle platforms and have worked on most vehicles used by the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) including, troop carrying, command and control, EOD and ambulance vehicles.
NP Aerospace is the Engineering Authority for the UK MoD’s Protected Mobility fleet of 2,000 vehicles under the PMETS contract and is prime contractor for the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) Land Equipment Program – Engineering Technical Support Services (LEP-ETSS). We integrate complex electronic systems, mission-specific interior fittings, internal stowage and vehicle upgrade systems in short timescales to meet urgent capability requirements.
We manage the full end to end process of vehicle integration including all testing and certification requirements; delivering best in class engineering services that meet stringent MoD classified, security conditions and conducting robust testing and battlefield certification trials. Our UK facilities also include an ISO 17025 UKAS accredited Ballistics Range for armour testing and validation.
