Our Vehicle Systems and Services division delivers a range of support services to maximise the lifespan and performance of military vehicles.
Through Life Support
We deliver an extensive range of military vehicle through life support services and have supported the majority of the MoD Protected Mobility fleet for over a decade on Operations. Our range of services include providing post design services to enhance vehicle capability, critical repair and refurbishment to keep vehicles in service and spares and logistics using our efficient, proven supply chain.
Post Design Services
Our extensive vehicle integration pedigree allows us to deliver a range of post design services to enhance the capability of in-service military platforms. We are proud to be the UK MoD Post Design Services provider for the UK Mastiff family of vehicles, including Mastiff, Ridgback, Wolfhound and Buffalo platforms as well as the Choker Mine Roller and RODET training equipment. The current project has involved successfully delivering multiple Post Design Services fleet modifications enhancing capability and safety of the Mastiff family of vehicles.
Repair and Refurbishment
We are able to rebuild battle-damaged vehicles, restoring them to ‘as new’ condition. We provide a central hub to maintain serviceability of our customers’ fleets during critical mission cycles.
We perform preventative maintenance of product in stock, including management of shelf-life and obsolescence.
Spares and Logistics
Our scalable, secure pick-and-pack warehouse facility stocks and delivers spares directly to our customers’ supply operations, providing immediate response to user demand. Our inventory planning is based on sophisticated usage data analysis. We combine logistic planning skills and supply chain management with advanced technical support to deliver a lean and highly efficient service. We have a proven, qualified supply chain ensuring a high efficient, trusted service.
