The 4030 ELITE is our next-generation Bomb Disposal Suit and Helmet System offering 360° protection from the four main aspects of an explosion: fragmentation, overpressure, blast wind and heat radiation. It was developed in response to global user feedback and using cutting-edge EOD technology.
The 4030 ELITE Suit and Helmet System was designed in collaboration with EOD operators and is certified to NIJ 0117.01, the US National Institute of Justice Public Safety Bomb Suit standard, by the Safety Equipment Institute. It provides an advanced approach to EOD protection, delivering superior survivability and enhanced ergonomics at a reduced weight, along with a user-configurable and scalable platform.

The 4030 ELITE Suit is available in five distinct jacket and trouser sizes (XS, S, M, L and XL), with mix-and-match options to ensure a perfect fit and full coverage for all users. Special measures can also be arranged on request. The 4030 ELITE Helmet features a one-size-fits-all shell with a 4-point retention system and customizable comfort liner.
