NP Aerospace is a global armour technology manufacturer and vehicle integrator with an extensive portfolio developed using ultra-lightweight, high performance materials. Our products protect the lives of military and law enforcement personnel, enhancing security and resilience in high threat environments.
The company is headquartered in London, Ontario, Canada, and operates two advanced armour manufacturing facilities out of the UK and Canada to service customers in the US. There are sales functions in each of these regions including Florida in the US.
Our business is split into two pillars:

- Vehicle Systems, Services and Spares (based at Unit 3, Central City Industrial Estate, Red Lane, Coventry, CV6 5RY)
Composite and Armour Systems
Our cutting edge 80,000 sqft Advanced Armour Systems facility in Coventry in the UK houses our engineering, design, composites and armour manufacturing. The site is accredited to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards and houses our independently UKAS 17025 accredited Ballistics Centre of Excellence testing laboratory.
The armour technology portfolio includes Ballistic Helmets and Shields, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Suits, Body Armour Plates and Composite Armour for vehicles, vessels or aircraft. NP Aerospace has supplied one million combat helmets to UK, Canada, Italy and NATO allies and 200,000 body armour plates to British and Canadian Armed Forces.
Vehicle Systems, Services and Spares
Also located in Coventry, UK, is our extensive 30,000 sqft Vehicle Systems, Services and Spares facility which allows us to deliver full military vehicle integration, through life support services and repairs and refurbishments. Further to this our in-house inventory management facility stocks and delivers spares directly to our customers’ supply operations, providing immediate response to user demand.
The company has integrated and supported over 2,000 military vehicles and is a strategic partner to the UK MOD having won a £63m Protected Mobility Engineering & Technical Support contract known as PMETS in January 2019 which covers the MOD’s fleet of 2,200 Protected Mobility Vehicles until 2024. Programme partners include Atkins (Systems Safety), ITS (Integrated Logistics Support) and HORIBA-MIRA (Vehicle Engineering & Test Services). This programme was extended in 2023 to 2026.
The PMETS contract is designed to deliver the highest level of frontline protection for the Armed Forces by driving continued improvements in safety, efficiency and innovation across land platforms.
