NP Aerospace Limited delivers technically advanced, life-saving products to law enforcement and armed forces through dedicated research, design, development, and expertise. Recognising the serious safety risks posed by counterfeit products in our sector, we have implemented a robust Anti-Counterfeit Policy to eliminate their impact on both our operations and our customers. This commitment aligns with our vision to be a leading provider of innovative solutions that save lives and address complex challenges. Our Anti-Counterfeit Policy Statement, along with Procedure NPA-ACM-001, has been developed in accordance with DEFSTAN 05-135 Issue 2 – Avoidance of Counterfeit Materiel, and forms an integral part of our Management System.
NP Aerospace Limited has a zero-tolerance policy against knowingly and intentionally trafficking counterfeit goods.
This policy establishes a clear framework for the prevention, detection, and response to counterfeit, fraudulent, or suspect items within our operations and supply chain. Its purpose is to safeguard our customers, employees, and partners, protect the company’s reputation, and ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
NP Aerospace Limited neither uses nor condones the use of counterfeit products. We expect our supply chain partners to uphold our ethical business standards and align with our practices and procedures. To minimise the risk of counterfeit products entering our approved supply chain, we maintain strict procurement processes. Purchases are made exclusively from approved suppliers, including OEMs, manufacturers, franchised distributors, or authorised agents. Materials identified as high-risk of potential counterfeiting are subject to thorough inspection upon arrival. If a suspected counterfeit product is discovered, it will be quarantined in a secure location, and a detailed report will be submitted to the supplier and relevant authorities.
NP Aerospace Limited will provide periodic training and awareness to our employees on counterfeit awareness, detection techniques, and reporting mechanisms, alongside educating our suppliers and partners about our policy requirements.
