Our History
We have been producing specialist materials for almost a century, establishing a worldwide presence in advanced composites and engineering services. In 1979 NP Aerospace entered the defence market with the first combat helmet for the British Army and expanded the personal armour business in the 1980s, exporting to worldwide militaries. We entered the vehicle armour sector in the 1990s and grew the vehicle integration business in the 2000s to support global conflicts.
